I thought I would share what I have been having for my breakfast recently that has kept the chocolate and caffeine cravings the hell away from me. I recently discovered Liberte Mediterranean Coconut flavoured yogurt! I tried it at one of the sampling centre at my local grocery store and I can't stop eating it! I can't endorse this as a completely healthy product because of the fat content in it but it is SO delicious and so filling. I have it for breakfast with some muesli. I let the muesli soak for a good half hour in the yogurt so it softens and is much easier to eat. If you are looking for a quick breakfast full of protein and the goodness of muesli, this is a nice pair.
I am just happy to be back on a normal eating schedule after a few last months of craziness. The effect of not eating properly and on time had started to show on my face. To the point that even my kids and my staff commented that I looked tired and old. The "old" comment of course came from my cheeky teens. I just hope I can keep it up. I find that I usually start a healthy trend and it starts to dip low. I need to get some motivation from somewhere and really get moving again. Eating breakfast and sipping hot ayurvedic water has helped recently. Now if anyone has tips on how to get rid of under eye circles so I don't look like an Indian raccoon, I welcome them!
