Tuesday February 12th 2013
Here is today's recap of meals:
☕Breakfast: toasted English muffin with strawberry jam and tea.
Snack: a delicious whole blood orange and boy it was so good!
Lunch: spicy Mexican wrap with just onions, tomatoes, green peppers, cheese and some low fat sour cream and hot sauce. I tried the white wrap this time and I felt totally okay! No pains or bloated feelings in the belly.
Dinner: ugh...had to run around before hockey practice with the boys so ended up going to Burger King and had a veggie burger and some fries. I was so turned off from the meal that I think I'm going to stay away from this joint for a good while.
I only drank teas today. Today has been a long day with work starting super early, hockey practice with boys and I have yet to go home as I write this blog post at my sons hockey rink. No plans tonite except to finish a bit of laundry and crash for the night haha. it may even be a snow day tomorrow!? here's hoping so I can sleep in a little! Till tomorrow,
